These children of Iraq represent the hundreds of thousands who have died and continue to die as a consequence of U.S. and British sponsored economic sanctions and who are now again threatened by war. War and economic sanctions leave Iraqi children with inadequate diets, unsanitary water, and insufficient health care. Child mortality rates in Iraq have more than doubled since sanctions were imposed in 1991. Inform your friends, your newspaper, and your representatives about it.
